Lobby Bartender Radisson Cedar Rapids | Newly Renovated Hotel Do you love connecting with people, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and crafting great drinks? The Radisson Cedar Rapids is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Lobby Bartender to become a key part of our guest experience team. As the heart of our lobby social space, you'll have the opportunity to engage with travelers, local guests, and fellow team members while delivering exceptional service in our beautiful newly renovated hotel. What You'll Do As a Lobby Bartender, you will: Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure guest questions and concerns are handled promptly and professionally Create a warm, inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to relax and enjoy their stay Prepare and serve beverages according to brand and hotel standards Present menus and educate guests on current specials, featured cocktails, and promotions Verify legal drinking age requirements and exercise responsible alcohol service practices Monitor guest alcohol consumption and identify when service should be limited Process guest payments accurately using POS systems and cash handling procedures Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation techniques, and beverage trends Prepare garnishes, stock supplies, and keep bar inventory organized and replenished Clean and sanitize glassware and equipment using designated cleaning procedures Ensure handwashing stations and service areas are properly stocked and maintained Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming lobby and bar environment Support hotel operations by assisting teammates and other departments when needed Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and service standards Perform other duties as assigned by hotel leadership What We're Looking For Passion for hospitality and guest service Positive attitude and professional appearance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, team-oriented mindset Previous bartending, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred Knowledge of alcohol service regulations and responsible serving practices Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require Why Join the Radisson Cedar Rapids?
