As a front of house employee, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by crafting delicious beverages and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will ensure that our patrons enjoy their time at our establishment, whether it be in a nightclub setting or a casual dining atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food service efficiently. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests. Skills Strong guest services skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours effectively. Knowledge of food handling practices within the hospitality and food industry. Experience working in nightlife environments or kitchens is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated during busy shifts.
