Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs for replenishment promptly. Uphold responsible serving practices by verifying guest IDs and monitoring alcohol consumption to promote safety. Collaborate with kitchen and event staff during catering, banquet events, or nightclub functions to deliver seamless service. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills are essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and sales calculations; retail math experience is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions.
