This role is a mix of bartending and serving shifts each week, so we're looking for someone comfortable working both sides of the floor. We're a high-volume brewpub with a strong regular base, a full food menu, and a focus on consistency, teamwork, and smooth service.

What You'll Do:

Bartending shifts: craft cocktails, pour beer, manage bar guests, and maintain a clean, organized workspace Serving shifts: take care of tables, guide guests through food and drink options, and deliver a great experience Work as part of a team to keep service running efficiently during busy shifts Maintain strong awareness of timing, communication, and guest needs

What We're Looking For:

Previous bartending experience (required) Strong craft beer knowledge Strong serving experience and confidence taking tables Ability to move between roles depending on the schedule Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment Availability for nights and weekends (required)
