Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere for guests. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences. Greet guests promptly and provide exceptional customer service. Verify customer age and comply with all alcohol service laws and company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible service. Restock inventory and notify management of supply needs. Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred (training may be provided for the right candidate). Knowledge of classic and specialty cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Strong math and cash-handling skills. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must meet the minimum legal age requirement to serve alcohol as required by local laws. Preferred Skills POS system experience. ServSafe Alcohol, or similar certification (preferred).
