Summary:

Prepares food to order specification and according to recipe, procedures, quality, and speed level requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares drinks items according to our standards of quality, consistency and timelines. Ensures compliance with all health codes and requirements. Maintains stocking (re-stocking) and organization of work area daily. Ensure that drinks comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Use knives correctly while chopping, cutting, dicing, etc. Completes prep tasks as needed in accordance with recipe, procedure, quality and speed standards. Responds to additional guest requests by preparing orders to their specifications. Maintains bar. storage, receiving, stocking and rotation. Works closely and communicate with both BOH and FOH team members during high pace.
