Barback

Barback maintain stock of assigned bars in gaming and non-gaming areas of the casino. Barback also assist the bartenders as needed.

Essential Functions:

Provide exceptional guest service to all customers. Must have beverage service knowledge. Keeps all assigned bar areas stocked and in compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the Beverage Manager. Keeps inventory of supplies in the stockroom. Notifies the supervisor when an order is needed. Responsible for keeping bar areas clean ,organized and stocked. Responsible for organization of bars for fast and efficient functionality and service. Smile and make eye contact with Guest and Employees. Perform related tasks deemed necessary by management.

Required:
