Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and provide personalized service that exceeds expectations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; process payments efficiently Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates to keep offerings fresh and exciting Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management to ensure seamless service Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to promote guest safety Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; ability to process cash handling accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest loyalty Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management and organization skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a hospitality environment Previous restaurant or food service experience with an emphasis on beverage service preferred; hospitality industry experience highly valued Basic math skills for retail math calculations, cash handling, and order processing Strong communication skills; ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Join us as a Bartender where your enthusiasm meets your expertise!
