Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant or fine dining settings, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a passion for elevating the member experience . As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience by delivering high-quality service, assisting members with menu selections, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit. Responsibilities Greet and welcome members upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed menu descriptions to assist guests in making informed choices, including upselling specials and promotions. Ensure food safety standards are maintained throughout the service process. Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Monitor member satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly to enhance the overall dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, including resetting tables for new guests. Build rapport with our members Create craft cocktails Provide beverages to patrons Skills Previous experience in serving in a restaurant, event or fine dining environments is preferred. Bartending experience is preferred Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards. Excellent guest services skills with a focus on member relations and satisfaction. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor that fosters positive interactions with guests and team members.
