Server/Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will be essential in this fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Handle cash transactions accurately, including operating the cash register and processing payments. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including bussing tables and cleaning glassware. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed. Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Utilize OpenTable for reservations and manage seating arrangements effectively. Demonstrate strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink pricing. Requirements Previous bartending experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and drink preparation calculations. Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
