Temporary Event Bartenders & Concessions Staff for the Albertsons Boise Open | August 13-16, 2026 Join the Team Behind One of Boise's Premier Summer Events Hillcrest Country Club is seeking energetic, dependable, and hospitality-focused team members to support food and beverage operations during the Albertsons Boise Open. If you have bartending, concessions, restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. This is a temporary event opportunity with shifts available throughout tournament week and nightly concerts.

Available Positions:

Positions may include a combination of the following based on experience and operational needs:

Bartender Barback Concessions Attendant Beverage Cart Support Food & Beverage Runner Event Setup & Reset Crew Event Cleanup Crew What We're Looking For:

Previous bartending, concessions, restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience preferred Bartending experience is highly preferred. Friendly and professional guest-service mindset Ability to work in a high-volume environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the event Applicants must be at least 19 years of age in accordance with Idaho alcohol service regulations.

Schedule:

Operations run approximately 6:00 AM to Midnight throughout tournament week. Typical shifts range from 8-10 hours Scheduling will vary based on event needs and staffing assignments Why Join Us?

$20 per hour including pooled tips ($15 per hour base wage minimum)

Proven Earnings:
