Ti Amo Italian in Bown Crossing is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team. We're searching for someone who is confident behind the bar, genuinely enjoys taking care of guests, and knows how to create a fun, polished experience. Our bartenders are expected to provide warm hospitality, execute cocktails consistently, maintain strong menu and wine knowledge, and work seamlessly with the entire restaurant team. What we're looking for: Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant Strong cocktail, wine, beer, and spirits knowledge Friendly, engaging, and guest-focused personality Ability to stay organized and composed during high-volume service Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation, and responsible alcohol service Evening and weekend availability Responsibilities include: Preparing cocktails and beverages accurately and consistently Providing attentive bar and dining-room service Guiding guests through our wine, cocktail, and food menus Suggestively selling while keeping the experience natural and guest-focused Maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized bar Completing opening, closing, and weekly sidework Following all alcohol-service and food-safety standards Supporting servers, hosts, and fellow bartenders throughout service Ti Amo offers a fast-paced, supportive environment with a strong focus on hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences.
