Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service regulations Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to keep operations smooth and seamless Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere suitable for nightclubs, banquets, or fine dining settings Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations Uphold food safety standards during serving and food handling procedures Assist in catering events or banquet services as needed to support overall venue operations Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within the hospitality industry; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions accurately Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal regulations Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by hospitality venues like nightclubs or banquet events Join us to craft unforgettable moments for our guests while honing your skills in a lively, supportive environment!
