Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster a lively atmosphere, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet event. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions ensuring seamless execution Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales and cashiering functions Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink mixing measurements Experience in serving at banquets or catering events is a plus Basic understanding of the food industry, including brewing processes if applicable Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of an energetic team that values hospitality excellence!
