• Bartender
• Deckhand
• Captain
• Office Looking for positive, hardworking, honest and friendly staff to operate daily public cruises and private charters. Pay depends on experience and housing needs. ($15
• 50+ per hour) Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.

Maintain knowledge of drink menus, specials, and promotions to effectively assist customers. Provide sublime customer service with all guests Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently using the Square POS system. Stock and maintain bar, boat, and office. Run Inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking usage. Create a fun atmosphere for all patrons Requirements Have fantastic personality Working knowledge of basic drinks Be in reasonably fit physical shape to lift and carry up to 35lbs, stand for extended periods of time, walk up and down a sloped hill to and from the dock, bend/kneel in hull of the boat. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and sales techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help fellow staff members are essential for success in this role. Willing to live in McCall or surrounding areas for the entirety of the cruise season. (May-September, however we can accommodate late season start or early season end for extenuating circumstances.
