Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Proven ability to operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently. Strong knowledge of the food industry, beverage preparation techniques including brewing, and food safety standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environments. Experience with retail math, basic math skills, cash handling, and cashiering are essential for accurate transactions. Familiarity with serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations is required.
