Manage POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards. Handle cashing out guests accurately while managing cash handling procedures responsibly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service during busy hours or events. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by engaging with guests professionally and addressing any concerns promptly. Assist in bar management tasks including restocking supplies and maintaining beverage quality standards. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience as a server or bartender in a restaurant or hospitality environment; fine dining or banquet experience is preferred. Knowledge of POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Expertise in cocktail creation, beverage recipe development, and craft beer experience. (Bartender position) Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously during peak hours. Ability to perform basic math for billing, cash handling, and retail math calculations accurately. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions. Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus but not required. Must be 18 years or older with valid certifications where applicable; previous hospitality or retail math experience is beneficial.
