The ideal candidate will have a passion for Hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender or Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by always providing amazing service and make meaningful connections. Responsabilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
  • Keep up-to-date with drink trends and promotions to enhance guest experience. Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a bartending or server role.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math for accurate transactions.
  • Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local regulations.
