Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed to maintain seamless operations. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to accurately process orders, payments, and cash handling transactions. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Handle cash register operations with accuracy, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours in diverse settings like nightclubs, restaurants, or catering events. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality environment; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; previous cashiering or retail math skills are advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events like banquets or nightclubs. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions; experience in brewing or the food industry is beneficial.
