This is strictly a service bar position, non-customer facing , focused on preparing drinks efficiently and accurately to support servers and keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, thrives under pressure, and brings a positive attitude and team-first mindset. This is a supplemental/part-time position, with scheduling based on business needs, show volume, and ticket sales. Hours and shifts may vary week to week depending on the event schedule. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately in a high volume service enviroment Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, beer varieties, wine, spirits, and drink recipes Maintain speed, organization, and consistency during busy bar service periods Work closely with servers and staff to ensure timely and efficient drink service Restock beer, liquor, mixers, ice, and bar supplies throughout the shift Keep bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times Assist with opening and closing duties, and general bar upkeep Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude that contributes to a great overall guest experience Qualifications Previous bartending experience (2-3 years of experience) Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Experience working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong multitasking and organizational skills Positive attitude with good energy and a team oriented mindset Reliable, punctual, and available nights and weekends Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/ restock beer cases and liquor supplies
