Ideal candidates will not only have the bar skills needed for drink production but also display dependability and have a strong work ethic and positive mental attitude. Incoming bartenders are expected to have a working knowledge of classic cocktail recipes, bar layouts, basic food service experience and can handle high volume business. An ideal applicant will have excellent communication skills and work well as part of an efficient team. SCCC pays a competitive hourly wage and offers full and part-time positions. Full- time positions come with a benefits package that is competitive with industry standards. The busy event and banquet schedule allows for additional hours and work opportunities. Starting pay is based off relevant experience in the service industry, but private club experience is not required. Service employees receive a performance bonus each quarter. An ideal candidate will have open availability, meaning can work during the day, or at night, or both depending on the day. We are flexible to ensure appropriate time off.
