Banquet Server/Bartender

Duties Serve beverages and food to guests at banquets, events, and special functions with professionalism and a warm attitude. Mix and prepare drinks as a bartender, following standard recipes and safety protocols. Assist with setting up banquet spaces, including arranging tables, linens, and service stations. Clear tables, bussing dishes efficiently while maintaining cleanliness throughout the event. Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Support food handling and food service operations, including basic food preparation when needed. Follow all food safety standards and hygiene practices to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Skills Experience in the food industry, catering, or hospitality is highly desirable. Strong guest relations skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and proper serving techniques. Previous banquet or restaurant experience is a plus; familiarity with hotel or catering environments is beneficial. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills related to food service, bartending, and hospitality operations.
