The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing.
