We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and creative Bartender to join the team at The HUB! The HUB is a new locally owned bakery, café, restaurant, and community space in Durand. We're building a fun, welcoming atmosphere with a focus on quality food, house-made ingredients, seasonal flavors, and a great experience for our guests. What you'll do: Provide friendly, attentive service to our guests Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages Help develop creative and seasonal drink specials Work with our house-made syrups and other fresh ingredients Help with brunch service and special events Keep the bar clean, organized, and properly stocked Follow responsible alcohol service and food-safety practices Work closely with our kitchen and front-of-house team Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our customers What we're looking for: 21+ years old Previous bartending experience is required Friendly, personable, and comfortable talking with customers Reliable and able to work independently Creative and interested in developing unique drinks and seasonal specials Comfortable working in a busy environment when needed Team-oriented and willing to jump in wherever help is needed Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and proper drink preparation

Schedule:

We're looking for someone with flexible availability, including weekends and brunch service. The HUB is not a late-night bar — we anticipate closing by approximately 10 PM, so this position will not involve the late-night bar hours typically associated with traditional bars.
