Leave with your cash and credit card tips every night. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Use POS systems such as Soft Touch to process orders accurately and efficiently. Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for transactions while ensuring accuracy in sales reporting. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, promote safe drinking practices, and recognize signs of intoxication. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in restaurant, nightclub, or dining settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Soft Touch; previous retail math or hospitality experience is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving protocols. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and sales calculations accurately.
