Bartender - The Wine Thief Provisions & Bistro The Wine Thief Provisions & Bistro is seeking passionate, curious team members to grow with us. We're more than a bar and restaurant — we're a place where craft, community, and creativity meet. Every Front of House team member plays a vital role in delivering the thoughtful, high-end guest experience we're known for. We partner directly with the world's premier wine and spirit producers, as well as local farmers and ranchers, to bring an experience that reflects our love for exceptional food, drink, and hospitality. We're not necessarily looking for someone with years of bartending experience — we're looking for someone eager to learn our unique way of doing things. Our bar program blends precision with personality: classic technique, quality ingredients, and a relaxed, confident approach to service.

Our ideal candidate will have:

AM and PM availability A punctual and professional demeanor A positive, team-oriented attitude A genuine passion for food, wine, and spirits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to stand or walk for long stretches The ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs as needed What you'll do: Learn and execute our cocktail, wine, and beer offerings with care and consistency Engage guests with confidence, warmth, and curiosity Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar and service area Collaborate closely with our kitchen and floor teams to create seamless guest experiences Uphold our standards of hospitality and professionalism Applicants are expected to provide at least one valid reference .
