In this role, you will create memorable experiences for guests by delivering exceptional customer service, expertly serving food and beverages, and maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Whether working at the bar or assisting in the dining area, you'll be a vital part of our dynamic team dedicated to providing top-tier hospitality. Duties Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring prompt and friendly service. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Engage with guests in a lively manner, offering recommendations and upselling items to enhance their experience. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cashiering duties with precision, including cash handling and retail math calculations. Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Set up and break down bar areas for service, including restocking supplies and cleaning workstations. Assist with catering, banquet events, or nightclub functions as needed, ensuring seamless service during busy periods. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math calculations for sales transactions and cash handling accurately. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in a licensed environment; knowledge of brewing or bartending is a plus. Previous banquet or catering experience is beneficial but not required.
