Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient bar throughout service. Accurately process orders and coordinate seamlessly with the service team. Help develop a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels like a regular. Follow responsible alcohol service practices and maintain high standards of professionalism. What We're Looking For Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or upscale bar. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. Ability to work efficiently during busy dinner services while maintaining attention to detail. Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
