Social Bartenders in Highland Park's newest American Bar ! We're seeking a fun, outgoing bartender who will thrive on providing top-notch customer service to the patrons that come through our doors. Do you love mixing drinks and talking with people about everything from sports to their favorite TV shows? Hourly Pay:

Starting @ $15.00/hour (plus tip)

Minimum Requirements:

You must be 21 years old and minimun 1 year experience.

Talk:

In addition to being able to make excellent drinks, you need to have the ability to engage with the patrons in a way that makes them feel comfortable and creates loyalty among regulars.

Knowledge of Drinks:

Have solid understanding of how to prepare classic cocktails as well as beers and spirits.

Speed & Accuracy:

Be able to keep up with a very fast pace during peak hours, as well as maintain accuracy when preparing drinks.

Trustworthiness/Responsibility:

Always arrive on time, never leave without telling someone first and always do what it takes to support the other members of our team. Responsibilities Serve all types of liquor-based and non-liquor based beverages to guests of the bar and/or restaurant. Create relationships with each and every patron by engaging with them, listening to their concerns/issues, etc. Always keep the bar area clean, organized and fully supplied.
