Bartender/Server

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, creating an inviting atmosphere for patrons while delivering beverage and food experiences. As a Bartender/Server you will be responsible for serving food and drinks, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable time at our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Take customer orders for both food and drink, accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service practices are followed. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for events or banquets as needed. Skills Experience in food service, demonstrating strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Experience in tending bar, mixing cocktails, and serving other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with safety standards. Ability to work collaboratively with team members to enhance sales through effective communication and service. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively and create a welcoming atmosphere.
