We are seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Servers and Bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences. Position Overview Servers and Bartenders are responsible for delivering outstanding guest service while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Team members must be able to multitask, communicate effectively, and work well with others during busy shifts. Guest Service Responsibilities Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience Take accurate food and beverage orders Make menu and drink recommendations Deliver food and beverages promptly Check on guests to ensure satisfaction Process payments accurately Resolve guest concerns professionally Create a positive and enjoyable dining experience Server Responsibilities Maintain clean tables and dining areas Complete opening and closing side work Restock service stations and supplies Assist fellow team members during busy periods Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Bartender Responsibilities Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and specialty drinks Engage with guests and provide exceptional bar service Verify identification and follow all alcohol service laws Prepare beverages for dining room guests and servers Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed Promote featured drinks and specials General Responsibilities Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant Complete opening and closing duties Assist with daily operational needs Follow company policies and procedures Support an outstanding guest experience at all times Qualifications Previous serving or bartending experience preferred (training available) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be available nights, weekends, holidays, and special events Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Why Work With Us?
