Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic, evolving team. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverage experiences, provide outstanding customer service, and create a lively atmosphere that keeps members and guests coming back. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will be key to delivering memorable moments for our patrons. Whether working in a regular bar night, dining setting, or banquet environment, you will play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a top-tier experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards. Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS to ensure accurate billing. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to all alcohol service regulations. Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, to ensure seamless service during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service when applicable, supporting catering or banquet events as needed. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in dining or banquet settings with strong knowledge of food handling and safety protocols. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS for efficient sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations gracefully. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service. Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety regulations and proper alcohol serving practices Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience in catering or banquet environments is a plus, along with retail math skills for inventory management.
