Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, polished bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the balance of speed, hospitality, and attention to detail. This role requires confidence behind the bar, strong guest engagement, and the ability to manage high-volume service while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and precision Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to bar guests and tables Handle high-volume service, especially during peak and theater nights Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Accurately manage tabs, payments, and cash handling procedures Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years bartending experience (high-volume preferred) Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and spirits Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure Excellent communication and guest service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be 21+ with valid BASSET certification (or willingness to obtain)
