Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews Manage POS systems such as toast to process orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols at all times Handle cash transactions confidently, including cash handling, cashiering, and balancing registers at shift end Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates in a timely manner Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with licensing laws and promoting a safe environment for all guests Requirements Proven experience as a bartender nightclub, or banquet settings; food industry experience is highly valued Strong knowledge of POS systems Toast; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create a welcoming atmosphere Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as golf outings or catering functions Prior experience with brewing or hospitality-related roles is a plus; retail math skills are beneficial for sales tracking Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable experiences through expert drink crafting, stellar service, and vibrant energy!
