PURPOSE AND PERFORMANCE GOALS
Provide quality, value-added professional service in the lounge department to exceed brand standards for beverage service, guest helpfulness, and guest friendliness.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare cocktails in accordance with Marriott standard recipes, and serve all liquor, beer and wine correctly, quickly and in a hospitable manner. Comply with Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures at all times. Assist bar back in setting up bar, unlocking liquor, glassware, ice, and garnish set up. Accept drink orders from food and beverage servers in proper calling order to keep service bar at optimum level of service for our guests. Requisition liquor as need to maintain par levels. Assist bar back with floors, trash and general sanitation and cleaning during shift, and after lounge is closed.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

High school diploma or GED. 6 month serving and bartending experience.LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to communicate clearly with guests, customers, supervisors and fellow employees.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
