Bartender

You'll be the face of The Open Bottle. That means helping customers find their next favorite beer, pouring pints, crafting cocktails, ringing up orders, stocking shelves, and keeping the floor running. It's part retail, part taproom — and you'll need to be comfortable with both. Part-time positions are typically 8 to 30 hours per week. Nighttime and weekend availability is required. Compensation is $10/hr base plus tips — most of our associates take home between $15 and $24 per hour on a typical shift. What we're looking for Previous customer service or hospitality experience (retail, bar, restaurant — any of it counts) A genuine interest in craft beer — you don't need to be an expert, but you should want to become one Comfort talking to strangers and making recommendations Ability to lift kegs, boxes, and other heavy items Reliable, on-time, and accountable Cocktail knowledge or bartending experience is a plus — but we're happy to train the right person
