Job Summary We're on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Bartender to join our hospitality team. In this role, you'll be the face of our bar area, mixing drinks, serving guests, and creating a lively atmosphere. The ideal candidate is passionate about craft beer, skilled in crafting cocktails, and committed to providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits according to established recipes and standards. Engage with guests in a friendly manner to ensure an enjoyable experience while taking orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha or Toast. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Manage cash transactions efficiently while processing payments accurately. Assist with beverage recipe development and suggest drink options to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, and supplies; communicate needs for restocking. Support bar management by following all safety protocols and contributing to a welcoming environment. Requirements Previous bartending experience in fine dining or hospitality settings preferred; experience with craft beer, wine knowledge, and mixology is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Toast for processing transactions. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests professionally. Knowledge of beverage recipes, spirits, brewing processes, and food handling practices. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Food service or restaurant experience that demonstrates reliability and teamwork.
