Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet event, you'll bring your passion for hospitality to every interaction, ensuring smooth operations and high guest satisfaction. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience. Manage multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining a fast-paced environment with precision. Ensure all food handling and beverage preparation adhere to food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities, while balancing registers at shift end. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, utensils, and equipment throughout your shift. Support the team during busy nights by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Must hold or be able to get Basset License. Strong knowledge familiarity with retail math and basic math skills is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Ability to manage time effectively in high-pressure environments while multitasking across different responsibilities. Experience with beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing cocktails is a plus.
