Prepare and serve beverages, support food service, and create a welcoming experience for guests in a restaurant, bar, or event setting. Use strong time management, hospitality, and customer service skills to keep service moving smoothly. Duties Mix and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages; apply mixology skills and beverage recipe standards.

Your impact:

Accurate, attentive service helps guests enjoy a welcoming and well-organized dining or event experience. Take orders, answer menu questions, and support serving, catering, banquet, and food service needs. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS or Micros POS where used; process cash transactions and handle payments accurately. Maintain a clean, safe bar; follow food safety and food handling practices, and restock supplies as needed. Requirements Customer service, bartending, cashiering, cash handling, basic math, and time management skills. Food service, restaurant, hospitality, or food industry experience; fine dining, banquet, or catering experience is a plus. Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, or craft beer; experience with beverage recipe development or bar management is an asset. Familiarity with POS systems; Aloha POS or Micros POS experience is preferred. Ability to apply retail math and handle orders and transactions accurately in a fast-paced setting.

Pay:

$11.00 - $13.00 per hour
