Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hospitality skills, experience with POS systems, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. A background in food safety and food handling is preferred but NOT required. Responsibilities Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service. Mix drinks and prepare beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences. Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas. . Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, promoting sales and repeat business. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service for all guests. Uphold all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
