Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and standards. Engage with members and their guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems ; handle cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently. Develop new beverage recipes and experiment with drink presentation to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste through proper beverage handling. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate food service, banquet events, or catering functions when needed. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption for safety. Skills Extensive experience with POS systems S for efficient order processing. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail creation, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits. Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Experience in fine dining settings or hospitality industry environments that demand attention to detail. Familiarity with beverage recipe development and food safety protocols in food service settings. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate processing of transactions. Ability to work collaboratively with team members across restaurant or bar management roles. Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, banquet operations, catering experience, and retail math is highly desirable.
