Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, demonstrating knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beverage pairings. Engage with guests to provide exceptional service, address special requests, and foster positive guest relations. Clear tables efficiently, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event to uphold food safety standards. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for processing payments accurately when required. Assist with food handling, food preparation support, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations during service. Requirements Strong guest services skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and excellent communication abilities. Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and proper sanitation practices. Familiarity with wine knowledge, beverage service techniques, and drink mixing skills. Previous experience working with POS systems and cash handling is advantageous. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy trays or supplies, and work efficiently in a lively environment.
