Bartender/Server (part-time)

1913 Restaurant & Wine Bar is looking to hire a part time Bartender/Server to work evening shifts Thursday-Saturday 4pm-Close (Approx 9:30pm - 10:30pm) At least 5 years of bartending experience required. This role requires proficiency in bartending and serving, along with a strong understanding of food safety and POS systems. Your ability to manage time effectively and your experience in upscale restaurants will enhance the guest experience. Additionally, your background in wine, bourbon and mixed cocktails will be invaluable as you navigate a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service and satisfaction. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and serving areas, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address customer needs. Handle cash and manage tabs accurately, ensuring proper cash register operations.
