Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Bartender to elevate our bar service to new heights. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily bar operations, lead a team of bartenders, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your expertise in mixology, customer service, and hospitality will drive the success of our venue, creating memorable moments for every guest. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere that celebrates the art of bartending. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of bartenders, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism at all times Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines with precision and flair Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste using POS systems such as Speedlne Maintain strict adherence to food safety and food handling protocols to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and providing personalized recommendations Oversee cash handling, cashiering duties, and POS transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in sales reporting Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering to coordinate beverage service seamlessly in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or fine dining settings Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including POS or efficient order processing and sales management Proven ability to manage time effectively in busy environments with multiple responsibilities Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest satisfaction Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable Excellent math skills for retail math calculations involving cash handling and sales transactions Leadership qualities to motivate team members while maintaining a positive work environment Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing methods for craft beers or specialty drinks Join us as a Lead Bartender where your passion for hospitality meets your talent for creating extraordinary experiences.
