Libertad is a lively, downtown Skokie restaurant specializing in Latin American food and vibrant fusion flavors. We've been a neighborhood staple for over 12 years, with a seasonal menu of shareable small plates, a curated wine list, and creative craft cocktails by noted mixologist Ziyad Asrar.

We're hiring servers and bartenders to join our front-of-house team.

What we're looking for:

Strong people who take care of guests and know the pace of a full floor or busy barExperience preferred, but we're open to hard workers with the right attitude who are ready to learnFor bartenders: bar fundamentals required, with the drive to grow into our cocktail programTeam-minded, reliable, and able to keep your cool during a pushFamiliarity with Toast POS a plus, but we'll train

Schedule:

Primarily evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

Servers:

$9/hr + tips-

Bartenders:

$11/hr + tipsBoth negotiable based on experience and performance. Individual tips with tip-outs at the end of the night.
