In this lively role, you will support bartenders and the overall bar operation by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure our guests enjoy seamless service in a vibrant nightclub or hospitality setting. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food handling, customer service, and hospitality operations while working in a fast-paced, fun environment. Duties Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools efficiently throughout the shift Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and disposing of trash to uphold health standards Support food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks, preparing simple snacks or appetizers, and assisting with catering or banquet setups when needed Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from the bar and dining areas promptly to ensure a tidy environment Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling during guest transactions when required Help with food handling procedures following safety guidelines to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service in a lively nightclub or hospitality setting Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred; experience in nightclubs, banquet settings, catering, or hotel environments is a plus Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to maintain sanitation standards at all times Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and basic food preparation techniques Experience working in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or restaurants is highly desirable Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or moving stock efficiently Join us to be part of an energetic team that thrives on delivering exceptional experiences!
