Bartender

Job Summary:

All lNN is looking for a friendly and reliable Bartender to join our team in a casual, fast-paced bar environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can multitask, and provides excellent customer service while preparing and serving drinks.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner Maintain a clean and organized bar area Check IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws Handle cash and process payments accurately Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed Work as part of a team to create a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements:

Previous bartending experience preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol in Illinois Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
