Perfect. We're looking for high-energy bartenders who can keep up in a fast-paced, experience driven environment white still bringing the fun. This isn't your average bar job- it's loud, nostalgic, upbeat, and all about creating a memorable experience for every guest that walks through the door. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Have a great personality! Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while keeping track of tabs and sales. Support the team during busy hours by multitasking between serving drinks, taking food orders. Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests. Experience Previous bartending experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS system Toast is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously without compromising service quality. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices within the food industry. Experience in retail math or basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions and sales calculations. Background in hospitality or food service roles that involve serving guests in fast-paced environments. Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as required by the hospitality industry.
