Full time. High energy. Great team. We are looking for an experienced bartender who can run a bar with confidence, hustle through a rush, and still remember a regular's name and favorite cider. Obed & Isaac's is busy. We are craft beer driven. We take service seriously. And we like to have fun doing it. What You'll Be Doing, This is not a "just pour drinks" job.

You will:

Serve food along with craft beer, cider, wine, and cocktails Operate our POS system accurately and efficiently Wait on bar tables and help bus when needed Keep the bar stocked and organized Handle dishes and general cleaning Close out the end of your shift Stay up to date on our beers, history, events, and specials Most importantly, you build relationships. You are the reason someone comes back next week.

What It Takes:

Bartending here is physical. You are moving, lifting, thinking, pivoting, and multitasking the entire shift. You must be quick on your feet and sharp with numbers.

You need to:

Have at least 3 years bartending experience Know wine and spirits Be comfortable handling cash and balancing drawers Obtain and maintain BASSET and Food Handler certification Communicate clearly with guests and your team Work independently and jump in as part of a team Maintain a flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays This job requires skill.
