Looking for someone to work Friday/Saturday evenings on a consistent basis. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their visit Manage POS systems to take orders and pay out guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling of food and beverages at all times Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is required Demonstrated bartending skills with cocktail mixing expertise and knowledge of spirits, wine, and beers Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy weekend shifts Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences Knowledge of beverage recipe development and mixology techniques to elevate drink offerings Experience with food safety practices, food handling, catering operations, and retail math is advantageous
